Getting a bit behind here at TheJoshGross.com. My most sincere apologies to my reader.

But, there is a good excuse reason. I’ve had other shit to do.

For one, there’s a lot going on in book world. My team and I have been busy getting the proofs of the book together to send off for review and preliminary printing, as well as organizing ourselves to run an effective crowdfunding campaign. We shot a video, honed our pitch, itemized our budget, waxed our poles and  blah blah blah. But it’s all paying off because everything is finally falling into place and we’re hoping to launch the crowdfunding campaign sometime next week.

Though we’re now delving into marketing nerdery, there’s a lot of really cool stuff going on with the campaign.

We’re setting a reading series at a local book shop. There’s going to be a scavenger hunt with one of the stories. The video we shot is really fun. I’ve got a series of public appearances lined up to boost visibility and pump the campaign. And we may be putting up a mural in a Boise storefront.

Then in addition to that, I’ve been working on two separate music projects: a reunion of The VAM Commanders, and a solo project I’m calling Godcrotch. Altogether, it’s made it tough to schlep back down to the office and sit back at my desk so I can use the internet in my off hours as well.

But not more. I’m back track. There’s shiznit to be said and it will be said here. Expect opinions you aren’t expecting and updates about stuff you couldn’t be paid to care about.

It’s on internet. It’s on.
